Brikom Children’s Foundation (BCF-Uganda) relies on our generous donors and sponsors to help support each child’s needs. Child sponsorship gives hope to the children and offers them a chance to realize their dreams. Your gifts bring practical love, hope and transformation into the children’s lives. The cost of sponsoring a child is $45/month or $540/year.

The cost of sponsoring a child is $45/month or $540/year. This fee covers the child’s school fees, school uniform, school supplies, clothing, and food. The fee can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on which is most convenient for the sponsor.
About Us
We are in a mission to help the Helpless Children and the Youths.
BRIKOM CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION is a Non-Political, not for profit Indegenous NGO registered under the laws of Uganda; Sn: 00168 and Reg No: INDR171206503NB.
It started in 2020, as Community Based Organisation and it was later upgraded and registered as an NGO in 2024.
It was started by the unwavering passion of five visionary and compassionate individuals who could no longer stand by as vulnerable children, youths and families in Uganda faced insurmountable struggles. They recognized the glaring gaps in Inclusive quality education, healthcare, food security, and sustainable livelihoods—barriers that perpetuated cycles of poverty and robbed communities of hope and potential.
With a shared dream of transforming lives and breaking barriers, they united to create a foundation rooted in action and impact. From day one, Brikom Children’s Foundation has been a beacon of hope, lighting the path for the most disadvantaged children and youth. The foundation is driven by a mission to empower dreams, providing tools, resources, and opportunities that unlock potential and inspire a brighter future.
In just a few years, Brikom Children’s Foundation has become a catalyst for change, delivering life-changing programs in education, health, nutrition, and economic empowerment. These initiatives have touched and transformed thousands of lives, turning despair into hope and possibilities into realities.
With every milestone achieved, Brikom remains steadfast in its commitment to leave no child behind and to redefine possibilities for those most in need.

In every country, Children and Youths are the future of a nation, for a developing country like Uganda, where there are more than 2 million orphans and vulnerable children, there is a need to educate children and the Youths and to ensure the welfare of their families is catered for. A child can go to school regularly only when the family, particularly the mother is healthy and empowered; the family has decent livelihood opportunities and a steady income.
On realizing this, Brikom Children’s Foundation, starting in the corridors of education, adopted a Community Based Approach focusing on Inclussive Education, Sanitation, Food and Nutrition and Livelihood, whereby communities have been engaged especially empowering women, in the long run, children and youths’ Needs will be addressed.
Training and Mentoring
Brikom Children's Foundation empowers youth through skills training and mentorship, equipping them with practical knowledge and guidance to enhance their career prospects and personal development. By providing hands-on training in various vocational and entrepreneurial skills, alongside mentorship from experienced professionals, the foundation helps young people build confidence, resilience, and the capabilities needed to thrive in today’s world.

Meet the Executive Director who is behind the smooth running of BCF-UGANDA
Rev. Fr. KISAKYAMARIA BAZIL
E.D & FOUNDER
Fr. Bazil Kisakyamaria one of the Founder Members, Together they have an infectious love of their country and their people. Theye believes that we are all capable of doing great things, “even the little children and the youth ”. Fr. Bazil was born and raised in Kasambya Village, where BCF, first operated before it was registered formally. He reminisces on the days when he would walk long distances to go to school and at times he would suffer the heavy rainfall that would even spoil his books, he remembers the days when he used to play soccer with a ball made of banana fibers and rope. He knew his community was capable of doing great things – he saw it in the spirit and the love of his own family. However, his village lacked formal education and his parents spent all their money to send him and his siblings away to school. After achieving it to Priesthood the vocation he admired most from his childhood, he further acquired a professional Course; Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Nkumba University, Fr. Bazil is now revolutionizing the educational opportunities for hundreds of children and Youth in Bunyoro Sub-region. As the Executive Director - Brikom Children’s Foundation; Our mission is to provide solutions which can enable orphans and other vulnerable children and the youth to access Quality Education; through mitigating the roadblocks and empowering the Immediate Care Givers in the Communities and provide them with an opportunity to create their own future and become the change makers in their community. Fr. Bazil says, “we will start with a small community, then one day we can change the entire country. Children in Uganda deserve an amazing Education.
